Description We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling Inbound calls from customers and providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for professionals with excellent communications skills, strong customer service and problem solving skills who can solve problems in a timely manner.


Responsibilities Answering Inbound calls with excellent customer service skills
Provide problem resolution with the ability to be empathetic to customers
Research account status, pricing and availability
The ability to work in a strong team-oriented environment
Input data entry into computer
Qualifications Flexibility with schedule - MUST be able to work any shift Monday-Friday 8am-8pm
Associates Degree is Required
1-2 years experience of handling inbound calls in a high-volume environment
ACD phone experience is preferred
Strong typing skills with basic computer operations and the ability to comprehend operating systems
Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus
